Color Run, San Francisco, Calif.

I find myself inspired by the true joy that I saw today at The Color Run; strangers high-fiving, cheering each other on. Despite the harrowing news reports and everyday problems that we all face, there is still so much joy left in the world.  It feels so good to be a part of it.  And hey, a morning workout really doesn’t get much better than a rainbow paint splattered 5k with five fantastic people in the greatest city in the world, does it? Cheers to Team Amazing and this beautiful morning - it was totally worth waking up at 6am on a Saturday!
